What Happens When You Delete?
Account Removed
Your active account profile and app access are permanently terminated.
Data Deletion
Non-statutory personal data is deleted within 15 business days of a verified request.
Statutory Retention
Records required under Indian financial law are archived for 5 years for compliance.
Irreversible Action
This request cannot be undone. You will need to re-register to use ChakraGati Line again.
Processing Timeline
Business days to process and complete your data deletion request.
