This electronic document establishes a legally enforceable contract governing your use of the ChakraGati Line mobile application and its associated revolving credit line facilities. By installing, accessing, or utilizing any functionality within the portal, you confirm your unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Formulated in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Indian Contract Act, 1872, this digital agreement does not require physical signatures. If you disagree with any segment of these provisions, you must immediately uninstall the application and discontinue service usage.

Applicants seeking evaluation for a revolving credit line through ChakraGati Line must meet the following prerequisites:

• National Residency: You must be a resident citizen of the Republic of India holding valid government-issued identification cards, including a PAN card and Aadhaar.
• Contractual Capacity: You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding financial obligations under Indian law.
• Accuracy of Disclosures: All financial statements, employment details, and personal profile data supplied must be accurate, complete, and current.
• Fraud Prohibition: Submitting deceptive documentation, identity theft, or misrepresenting facts will result in immediate profile suspension and potential referral to law enforcement agencies under applicable Indian penal statutes.

You are exclusively responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, including One-Time Passwords (OTPs), passcodes, and security keys. Any transaction executed under your verified session is deemed executed by you directly. Users are strictly forbidden from engaging in the following actions:

• Attempting to disassemble, decompile, or extract the underlying source code or algorithms of ChakraGati Line.
• Employing automated tools, web scrapers, bots, or unauthorized scripts to extract data from our application servers.
• Disrupting system infrastructure, overriding security protocols, or launching cyberattacks against our network.
• Utilizing the revolving credit facility for illegitimate purposes, fraudulent schemes, or money laundering activities.

All underlying software code, dynamic interfaces, visual elements, brand assets, and proprietary underwriting algorithms powering ChakraGati Line remain the exclusive intellectual property of the operator, protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws. Users are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app solely for personal credit management.

While you retain ownership over your personal data, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to process, evaluate, and store your submitted information to deliver credit services, comply with regulatory requirements, and refine risk models.

ChakraGati Line is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous system availability, error-free operation, or guaranteed credit line approvals. Credit approvals, assigned limits, and applicable fee structures are determined dynamically through risk algorithms.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian legislation, ChakraGati Line and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from app usage or service interruptions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions periodically to align with legal mandates, business adjustments, or technical enhancements. Revised terms take effect upon publication on our official platform. Continued use of ChakraGati Line constitutes your acknowledgement and consent to the updated terms.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
